Keep your shit backed up. I’m alright – haven’t lost anything, but then again I’ve also spent about a thousand dollars this month alone (actually a bit more) on storage.

I’m not sure how, but not only have I had two fail in a year, now they’ve also managed to corrupt and majorly fuck up my boot tables for other drives upon crashing. Disk Utility, even Disk Warrior couldn’t repair them. Second time in a week, this also happened to my boot drive, requiring a new OS format. (ugh)
Ya, Sweet. Do you know how much it sucks to move / restore / replace over 2.5TB ?
